Ricky Yeung

Co-Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer, Head of Virtual Asset

Dr. Yeung boasts over 16 years of extensive experience in financial services, fintech, regulatory compliance, and virtual assets, having held managerial positions in various financial institutions. Since 2021, he has led his team in expanding the virtual assets business, currently covering market making, VA spot trading, and the distribution of RWA products. As a pioneer in the emerging field of fintech, he is a member of the professional committee for the Asia RWA workgroup, participating vigorously in industry development and innovation. He is frequently invited as a guest speaker at Cyberport and university events, where he shares his insights and expertise in the market.

Dr. Yeung has a profound academic background in Business Administration, Law, Corporate Governance, and Information Systems, holding master's and professional doctorate degrees in these fields. He earned his Master’s degree in Blockchain Technology from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2024, a school which was ranked first by CoinDesk as the “Best University for Blockchain” in 2022. Additionally, he holds professional qualifications including ACG, CAMS, CISA, CISM, and FIPA.

Fai Ng

Mr. Ng has over 12 years of expertise in virtual assets, asset management, and fund management. In recent years, he has been instrumental in driving the growth of the Group’s virtual asset business. He has contributed to the successful expansion of market-making operations, the acquisition of multiple key licenses, and the launch of innovative mobile app features for virtual asset spot trading. Mr. Ng has also played a key role in securing the position of participating dealer for Hong Kong’s spot virtual asset ETFs and in establishing strategic partnerships with leading firms, further strengthening the Group’s presence in the virtual asset space.

He is a member of the Financial Risk Managers (FRM) designation from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP).
