2.      Governing law and jurisdiction (Clause 45.1 of Chapter 1 and any other related provisions)

3.     The right of Eddid Securities and Futures to amend the business terms and conditions from time to time 

       (Clause 41.3 of Chapter 1 and any other related provisions)

4.      Addition of the handling method for odd lots (fractional shares) (Clause 8.4 of Chapter 1)

5.      Addition of risk disclosure statements for bonds and virtual assets (Chapter 10)

6.      Addition of risk disclosure statements for China Connect Securities (Chapter 10)

7.      Addition of terms and conditions of China Connect Securities (Chapter 15)

If you do not accept the amendments to the business terms and conditions mentioned in this notice, you may choose to cancel or terminate all accounts you have opened with Eddid Securities and Futures. Consequently, Eddid Securities and Futures and its affiliated companies will no longer provide you with any products and/or services.
