According to Financial Industry Regulatory Authority(“FINRA”)’s announcement, effective from January 6, 2026. The FINRA Trading Activity Fee (applicable to sell order only) will be adjusted from US$0.000166 per share with a maximum charge of US$8.30 per trade to US$0.000195 per share, with a maximum charge of US$9.79 per trade. We will adjust the Trading activity fee accordingly.
