Account opening and trading rewards:

Promotional period: 23 October 2025, to 30 November 2025, 23:59 p.m. (HKT)

Eligible clients: New clients aged 18 or above who did not hold any trading accounts with Eddid Securities and Futures Limited (“the Company”) prior to the promotional period.

The offer above is not applicable to customers who opened an account using certain specific promotional codes.

Welcome offer:

• Successfully open an account with the Company during the      promotional period to receive: HK$500 HK stock trading cash voucher (10 vouchers, HK$50 each)

Deposit and trading rewards:

• During the promotional period, deposit a single amount of      HK$10,000 or more, maintain no withdrawal records in the account until 31 December      2025, and complete 10 HK or U.S. stock buy      transactions by 31 December 2025, to      receive: HK$500 HK stock trading cash vouchers (5 vouchers, HK$100 each)

Referral rewards:

·         Promotional period: 23 October 2025, to 30 November 2025, 23:59 p.m. (HKT)

Eligible clients:

Referee: New clients aged 18 or above who did not hold any trading accounts with the Company prior to the promotional period.

Referrer: Clients who hold a valid trading account with the Company.

The offer above is not applicable to customers who opened an account using certain specific promotional codes.

• During the promotional period, if a      referred client successfully opens an  trading account with the Company upon the referrer’s referral and registration, both the referrer      and the referee will receive a HK$300 HK Stock Trading Cash Vouchers (3 Vouchers, HK$100 each)

• There is no limit to the number of clients a referrer can refer      during the promotional period.

Registration:

1.      The referee must confirm the referrer’s Client Number or registered phone number via email, phone, or in-person registration during the account opening process or within 5 business days after the account opening to be considered successfully registered.

2.      The referrer must confirm the referee’s Client Number or registered phone number via email, phone, or in-person registration during the promotion period to be considered successfully registered.

Other terms:

1.          Clients must meet all requirements to qualify for HK stock trading cash vouchers.

2.          Types and usage conditions of trading cash vouchers:

HK stock trading cash voucher

a)          After meeting the specified requirement, the HK stock cash voucher (“the voucher”) will be issued to “My offers” in “Eddid ONE,” but it cannot yet be redeemed. Clients must first complete the following specified transaction (“Eligible transaction”) to redeem the voucher:

                            i.                Applicable market and order: any buy orders in the HK stock or U.S stock market (excluding IPO subscriptions or dark pool trading); and

                          ii.                Single transaction order amount: no less than the voucher’s face value (excluding commissions, platform fees, and other fees)

3.          Additional terms for trading cash vouchers:

a)          After completing an eligible transaction within the voucher’s validity period, clients can log in to “My offers” in “Eddid ONE” to redeem the voucher, receiving a rebate equal to the voucher’s face value.

b)         The voucher operates on a “pay first, rebate later” basis. The rebate amount will be calculated at the end of each month and credited to the client’s securities or futures trading account within the first 7 trading days of the following month.

c)          The voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of issuance; please redeem it within the validity period, as it will become invalid after expiration, and the company will not reissue it.

4.          Only applicable to [Account opening and trading rewards]

Each client can participate in the “Deposit and trading reward” only once. If a client has more than one eligible deposit during the event period, only the first eligible deposit will be considered.

5.          Only applicable to [Referral rewards]

If more than one referrer identifies the same referee, the first referrer to confirm the referee will be considered the registered referrer.

6.          The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the above event offers terms, and conditions at any time without prior notice to clients. All disputes will be subject to the company’s interpretation.

7.          In case of any disputes, the Company reserves the final decision on the event.

8.          If a client’s account is terminated by the Company due to suspected fraud, illegal activities, or improper behavior, the Company reserves the right to take any necessary legal action, as well as recover any rewards already given to the client and any legal liabilities or losses caused by the client’s actions.

9.          The above vouchers and related advertisements do not constitute an offer, solicitation, recommendation, opinion, or guarantee by the Company regarding any securities, financial products, or instruments. Investments carry risks, and trading should be done with caution.
