Clients and the public should remain alert at all times and refrain from providing personal information or making any payments to third parties in connection with suspicious promotional activities.

If clients or the public have doubts about anyone claiming to be an employee of the Company, please request the individual to provide their name, job title, department, and office telephone number. You should then contact us via our Customer Service Hotline at (852) 2655 0338 or email cs@eddid.com.hk to verify the person's identity.

Should you believe such individuals are involved in fraud, please report the matter to your local law enforcement authorities. Please be advised that we accept no liability for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the use of or connection with such fraudulent websites.
