如香港天文台於交易時段內發出八號(或以上)颱風信號，香港交易所將調整交易安排如下。其他交易所之證券、期貨及槓桿式外匯交易則不受影響。敬請留意。
| 時間 | 八號(或以上)颱風信號 |
| 若信號於下午3:45前(全日市)或上午11:45前(半日市)發出 | 交易於信號發出後15分鐘停止。 若下午3:45(全日市)或上午11:45(半日市)時仍未恢復交易，該交易日將不會有收市競價交易時段。 |
| 若信號於下午3:45(全日市)或上午11:45(半日市)或之後發出 | 該交易日將維持正常直至收市競價交易時段完結。 |
